No returns or refunds
My little business is a one-woman-show and your investment in my craft means the world to me! As most of my creations are one-of-a-kind, I don't offer any returns or refunds. All purchases are final. However, if you'd like to swap products or change sizes, please reach out and I'll be happy to accommodate in the best ways possible. I cannot guarantee to meet all your needs, but will always do my best. Please send your inquiries via: atelierdesiree.se@gmail.com. Returns are paid by customer.
No returns on gift cards.
Damaged goods and problems
Please check your order upon arrival. Faulty products or damaged goods should be reported within 30 days of purchase to: atelierdesiree.se@gmail.com. Include the following
- order number / receipt
- pictures of damaged packaging and/or goods
Return of faulty product / damaged goods needs to be confirmed by atelier Desirée before returned. If validated, all information will be provided to the customer. Faulty product / damaged goods will be replaced, or traded for store credits to use within the next 365 days with shipping included.
