Silver is connected to the moon and stimulates the depth of the soul. I work in sterling silver, an alloy where out of 1000 parts, at least 925 parts consists of silver. The other 75 is copper and other metals that make a perfect sturdiness so the jewelry so it can stand the test of time. Oxidized silver has a coating on top that blackens the silver and wears off over time and can be re-oxidized as desired.
