The Ankh is an Egyptian hieroglyph that holds ancient balanced wisdom. It represents joy, energy and fertility, sprung from feminine energies. The top loop is often viewed as the womb/uterus and the horizontal arms represent the ovaries, while the vertical stem is connected to the fallopian tubes. Hence the Ankh is often called the Key of life, symbolizing the origin of life.
